Executive search often involves professional assessment and communications with candidates, clients, and references. As part of our work, we may:

- Contact references where appropriate (often after informing you or with your permission, depending on the situation)
We do not intentionally seek sensitive identifiers (like government ID numbers) through the Site. If a search requires additional screening (e.g., background checks) this is typically handled with appropriate notices and permissions and may involve third-party providers.
